Installation & Use of Agitator in Reactor 1. The magnetic agitator on the upper part of the kettle cover should be avoided when the kettle body is transported and installed. The operation room of the reaction kettle shall be well ventilated and meet the requirements of explosion prevention. The equipment is installed on the support, and the four supports are levelled with inclined iron to keep the equipment perpendicular to the ground. Install antistatic grounding devices for devices with inflammable and explosive reaction media to eliminate potential electrostatic hazards. 2. According to the reaction kettle medium, design pressure and design temperature selection of matching sealing gasket. Seal gaskets shall be installed between the kettle body and the kettle cover, the magnetic agitator and the kettle cover, and the flange of each tube, and the bolts shall be tightened again. When tightening bolts, the bolts should be evenly tightened on the ground according to the principle of diagonal distribution, and should be tightened two to three times to prevent the bolts from being skewed upwards and damaging the sealing gasket. 3. The oil tank of the reducer with 13 compressor oil or 46 mechanical oil, oil level should be added to the stipulated mark, and should be replaced regularly, if the use of winter temperature is low need to replace the applicable mechanical oil according to the actual situation of the local. 4. If it is a high temperature and high speed magnetic agitator, lubricating oil should be added to the bearing oil filling port before use, and lubricating oil should be added regularly from the oil filling hole in the future use. After injection, the wire plug should be tightened. 5. Before turning on the stirrer equipment of the reaction kettle, cooling water shall be poured into the outer water jacket of the magnetic stirrer, with the lower end as the water inlet and the upper end as the water outlet. A separate cooling water system shall be used, and cooling water shall not be allowed to enter the cooling water jacket of the magnetic stirrer through the cooling coil in the kettle. Adjust the water outlet at the upper end of the water outlet to overflow slightly, do not adjust the water pressure to avoid the water pressure is too high into the gear box in the reducer. In order to ensure the service life of bearings installed inside the kettle, a cooling water jacket is provided outside supporting the stirring shaft in the kettle. If the temperature of the equipment is too high, the cooling water should be circulated to reduce the temperature, and the water inlet and outlet should not be installed in reverse. 6. The equipment supporting control cabinet and frequency conversion governor should be placed in a separate electrical control workshop which is dry and well ventilated. 7. Before starting the stirrer in the reaction kettle, first confirm whether the reducer has added the corresponding mechanical oil, then fold the motor cap, rotate the motor fan blade by hand, confirm whether the stirring shaft in the kettle is in positive rotation, confirm that the positive rotation continues to rotate the fan blade, until the stirring shaft in the kettle rotates once, listen carefully to whether there is abnormal sound inside the magnetic stirrer during the rotation process. If there is no abnormality, start the motor again, observe the positive and negative rotation of the stirring shaft in the kettle, such as readjust the motor wiring for the reverse or adjust the frequency conversion governor. 8. When the stirring speed of the equipment is greater than 80r/min, the motor cannot be started directly under the working speed, and the stirring speed should be raised slowly by the frequency converter. Otherwise, the resistance of the agitator is too large, resulting in overload of the magnetic agitator causing damage to the agitator or burning out the motor. 9. After the above work is completed, the tightness test is carried out according to the working pressure, and the elastic gas is kept under pressure for 15~30 minutes to check whether the overall equipment is leaking. If there is no leakage, the production can be put into the material. 10. all valves in use, closing should not be too strong, so as not to damage the sealing surface. 11. After feeding, the pressure rise must be slow. Similarly, depressurization in the kettle should also be gradually reduced. 12. Due to the harsh working environment of the reaction kettle, the service life of bearings and bushing will be seriously affected. If abnormal friction or vibration sounds occur during the normal operation of the equipment, it indicates that the friction clearance of bearings or bushing is too large, and it needs to be replaced immediately. 13. Blasting discharge device shall be tested to ensure its accurate and reliable work, and the working environment of the equipment shall meet the requirements of safety technical specifications. 14.
